Terms of Service
These terms govern a merchant's use of MeriStoreBoost Pro with a Shopify store.
Agreement and service
These terms are between the Shopify merchant and 李云强 (LI YUNQIANG), trading as 未来暢想 under the MERI brand, the operator of MeriStoreBoost Pro. The service provides configurable storefront tools through a Shopify embedded app and Theme App Extensions. Features include Age Verification, Social Contact, New Product Badge, Slideshow Full Image Link, and Product Media Scrolling.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your storefront content, product and theme choices, lawful notices and consents, age settings, destination links, staff access, and reviewing saved changes. Theme-dependent features require a compatible theme and the appropriate App Embed or App Block to be enabled. Age Confirmation is a visitor self-attestation interface, not identity verification or legal advice.
Plans, trial, and Shopify billing
MeriStoreBoost Pro is offered at US$8.90 per month or US$74.76 per year, with a 10-day free trial. The annual price represents a 30% saving against twelve monthly payments. Shopify presents and manages plan approval, billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and subscription state. We do not collect payment-card details directly. Any cancellation or plan change takes effect according to the options and timing shown by Shopify at the time of the action. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled through Shopify; cancellation does not itself promise a refund of charges already incurred. Billing disputes and refund requests are assessed under applicable law and Shopify's billing process. No clause removes a non-excludable statutory right.
Availability and changes
We may maintain or change the service to protect security, reliability, Shopify compatibility, or legal compliance. Supported theme behavior is documented conservatively. When an affected enhancement cannot be applied safely, the app preserves the theme-native experience; unrelated enabled features remain available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we use reasonable operational safeguards and recovery procedures.
Acceptable use and suspension
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other shops, introduce unlawful or harmful content, or attempt to extract credentials or confidential system data. Access may be restricted for abuse, security risk, non-payment reflected by Shopify, material breach, or legal necessity.
Ending use and data handling
You can uninstall the app through Shopify. Subscription and charge consequences are determined by Shopify’s billing flow. Data handling after uninstall follows the published Privacy Policy and Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhook lifecycle.
Legal terms and contact
These terms take effect 2026-09-09. The operator's required business-imprint contact details are available on lawful request via support@meridoll.com where required by applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes are subject to a court with jurisdiction under applicable law, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
